Isabel Dutilh has a long career practicing law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, fields in which she was recognized as an expert lawyer by Chambers & Partners.
In 1988 she founded the law firm, Dutilh Abogados which positioned itself as one of the leading national firms in the market in its area of expertise, business law.
Isabel received her bachelor’s degree in Law from the Complutense University (CEU San Pablo). She also has a master's in Law from the University of Wales, Cardiff and a master's in Maritime Business from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas/Instituto Maritimo Español (ICADE/IME).
In November 2015 she founded Argali Abogados, a firm whose goal is to become the leader in M&A in the Iberian market.
She is able to work in English and French.

Teodoro de Agustín has been practicing law for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in financing and corporate acquisition operations.
In 2009 he joined Dutilh Abogados as partner, coming from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo to lead the financial and commercial law departments.
Teodoro has a bachelor’s degree in Law and a diploma in Business Sciences from Complutense University (CEU Luis Vives). He has postgraduate training in International Financial Legislation from Oxford University.
In November 2015 he founded Argali Abogados, a firm whose goal is to become the leader in M&A in the Iberian market.
He is able to work in English, French, and Italian.
Fernando Lafita is a specialist in tax law and especially in restructuring, company acquisition, and overall family office advising. He has advised companies from a wide array of sectors on share and asset deals, as well as company trading and wealth and business restructuring.
He sits on the board of trustees of several public welfare non-profit organizations, foundations and associations.
He has spoken at many conferences on a variety of tax matters.
Fernando has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Deusto - Bilbao. He began his career in Bilbao at the Bufete Barrilero y Asociados in 1991. In 2003 he moved to the Madrid office as its managing director until 2015 when he joined Argali Abogados.
